So one of my supervisors at uni has been calling me Lucy in emails ever since the start of the year, even though I sign every single email back to him “FROM LYDIA”. 

I thought it was just a harmless middle aged slip. He thinks I’m called Lucy, whatever. 

But it’s started to get really weird. Today he emailed me and asked me to define some obscure word to do with deep sea diving.
